Recipe Details:
This diabetic-friendly dish is ideal for people who don’t have much time to cook, but want to eat healthy, restaurant-worthy food in the comfort of their homes.


Ingredients:
  • Salmon Filet – 4 strips, 3-4 inch wide each
  • Dijon mustard – 3 tsp.
  • Parsley (chopped) – 3 tbsp.
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon – 6-8 slices
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    In a small bowl, combine and mix mustard, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
    Step 2
    Preheat oven to 390 F. Cover a baking sheet with wax paper. Place the pieces of salmon on the wax paper, spread them evenly.
    Step 3
    Cover the salmon with the just prepared marinade. Then put 1.5-2 slices of lemon on each piece of salmon.
    Step 4
    Bake in the oven for 15 minutes (until the fish is ready). Serve with fresh vegetables and enjoy!
