- Broccoli – 1 head
- Chicken egg – 2
- Almond flour – 2 tbsp.
- Garlic (chopped) – 2 cloves
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
- Grated parmesan cheese – ½ cup
- Fresh basil leaves (finely chopped) – 1 sprig
- Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Wash broccoli, disassemble into inflorescences. Place in a bowl with a little water and microwave for 4 minutes. Let the broccoli cool, then cut each inflorescence in half lengthwise.
Beat eggs with flour until smooth. Add the chopped basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place the broccoli halves in a round microwavable dish, with the cut side down and with the legs towards the center. Pour in the egg mixture, sprinkle with parmesan and microwave for 6 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
