Recipe Details:
This easy to make diabetic-friendly cottage cheese spread will make your snack healthy, hearty, and delicious.


Ingredients:
  • Fat-free cottage cheese – 0.5 lb.
  • Small onion (diced) – one half
  • Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
  • Dill (finely chopped) – 3 sprigs
  • Parsley (finely chopped) – 3 sprigs
  • Salt – to taste
  • Whole grain crackers
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
    Step 2
    Grind the content of the bowl with an immersion blender (hand blender) until creamy.
    Step 3
    Put the spread on whole grain crackers. Serve and enjoy!
