Dr. Batra opined that in her professional opinion, I was mentally unstable. She further ordered me to take care of my 4 yr old who was crying in the house. She said she will call Children and Youth Services; its been 22 days since then, and she has still not done that yet. If the child was genuinely in trouble, she has not done her obligatory duty to protect the child, and if the child was not in trouble, Dr.Batra has taken advantage of her position as a childrens specialist to threaten the parent without cause. Dr.Batras professional diagnosis of me, an adult, and of my child, was self-serving and inaccurate. I do not have any confidence in her ability to operate with sound mind and within the ethical provisions of the medical profession.
