Very rude and not compassionate. I felt rushed and he was very dismissive of my health issues. I left crying and feeling hopeless that I went on kp.org and changed my doctor immediately. I wouldn't want to be under any doctors care that made me question my insurance, etc, or why I was being treated horribly. I thought if I met him in person instead of doctor appointments over the phone I could build a great rapport but I was wrong. I dont know if the last 2 years going through a pandemic or other issues why the health care system seems no one really cares or takes your health issues seriously.
