- White fish fillet (cod, tilapia, etc.) – 1lb.
- Onion – 1
- Breadcrumbs – ¼ cup
- Egg white – from 8 eggs
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil – for frying
- Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Finely chop the fish fillet with a knife, then chop the garlic and onion in a blender.
Add chopped onion and garlic, bread crumbs, egg whites, pepper and salt to the fish. Mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
Heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Spoon the resulting mass into a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides over high heat until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
