- Medium cucumbers – 2
- Green apples – 3
- Celery stalk – 2
- Parsley – 1 bunch
- Dill – 1 bunch
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice from half a lemon
- Salt – to taste
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Peel the cucumbers and remove their seeds then cut into large pieces.
Peel the apples. Remove seeds. Cut into medium pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut off tough fibers and coarse spots from celery, then cut the celery into medium size slices. Put cucumbers, apple, celery, parsley, dill, salt, and leftover lemon juice in a blender. Whisk well. Serve in chilled glasses and enjoy!
