- Flounder – 1 lb.
- Tomato – 1
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Basil – 1 bunch
- Olive oil – 1.5 tsp.
- Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Make diagonal or cross-shaped cuts on each side of the fish.
Drizzle the flounder lightly with oil, salt, and pepper.
Fry the fish in a skillet, in olive oil, or on the grill for 10-12 minutes. If you are frying the flounder in a skillet, cut 1 clove of garlic into slices and fry it with the fish.
Finely chop the tomatoes, chop the garlic and basil. Season with olive oil and pepper. Mix well.
Put the flounder on a plate and top with the vegetables (or put the vegetables on a side). Serve and enjoy!
