Step 3 Fry the fish in a skillet, in olive oil, or on the grill for 10-12 minutes. If you are frying the flounder in a skillet, cut 1 clove of garlic into slices and fry it with the fish. Step 4 Finely chop the tomatoes, chop the garlic and basil. Season with olive oil and pepper. Mix well. Step 5 Put the flounder on a plate and top with the vegetables (or put the vegetables on a side). Serve and enjoy!
