- Pumpkin – 1.5 lb.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Wine vinegar – 3 tbsp.
- Sweetener – equivalent to 3 tbsp. of sugar
- Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
- Dill (finely chopped) – half a bunch
- Salt – to taste
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and cut into half rings. Make sure the half rings are not too thin.
Put the slices of pumpkin into a large bowl. Add salt, garlic, and oil to the pumpkin. Mix well.
Fry the pumpkin on both sides on an open grill until golden brown.
Mix the vinegar with the sweetener, herbs and the remaining marinade. Drizzle over the grilled pumpkin and serve. Enjoy!
