Recipe Details:
Having a grill party, but not all guests eat meat? This simple diabetic-friendly recipe will help you treat those, who are not in the mood for a burger.


Ingredients:
  • Salmon steak – 2
  • Garlic (finely chopped) – ½ tsp.
  • Dijon mustard – 2 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil – 6 tbsp.
    Recipe Directions:
    Put the fish in a flat container, then create the marinade: Whisk the mustard, garlic, olive oil, and soy sauce in a bowl. After that, pour half of the marinade over the salmon and leave it for 20 minutes.
    Step 2
    Preheat a grill. Brush it with a thin layer of oil to keep the fish from sticking. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the steak.
    Step 3
    Place the cooked fish to plates and pour over the remaining marinade. Let the salmon rest for about 10 minutes. Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled. Bon Appetit!
