Recipe Details:This delightful drink is nutritious, refreshing, diabetic-friendly and very easy to make. It’s perfect for a hot summer day!
- Almond milk – 2 cups
- Cacao – 1/3 cup
- Sweetener – equivalent to 2 tbsp.
- Coffee – 1 tbsp.
- Cream (optional) – 1/3 cup
- Ground cinnamon – ½ tsp.
- Nutmeg – 1/3 tsp.
- Tangerines juice – from 3 tangerines
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Pour milk into a small saucepan and add cacao, sweetener, coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Squeeze tangerine juice and add to milk.
Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring continuously and not letting it boil.
Put ice in glasses. Add a little cream if desired. Pour in the ready mocha. Serve and enjoy!
