- Pumpkin – ½ lb.
- Egg – 1
- Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
- Almond flour – 2 tbsp.
- Salt – to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking
- Parsley (optional) – 4 sprigs
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces and grate on a coarse grater.
Make the pumpkin dough: Put the grated pumpkin in a large bowl. Add the minced garlic, egg and salt. Add parsley if desired. Mix well. Then add the flour and stir again.
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Use a spoon to form pancakes from the pumpkin dough. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot or cold. Bon appetit!
