Recipe Details:
This is a nutritious, tasty, and diabetic-friendly entree dish that is, despite being very filling, not going to threaten you with extra pounds on your waist.


Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower – 1 lb.
  • Onion (cut in half-rings) – 1
  • Bell pepper (cut in strings) – 1
  • Carrot (grated) – 1
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
  • Milk – 0.6 cup
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsps.
  • Salt and spices – to taste
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    Warm some oil in a frying pan. Then add carrot, onion, and bell pepper and fry for 7 minutes.
    Step 2
    Add tomato paste and milk. Let it boil and then stew for 2 minutes.
    Step 3
    Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and add to other vegetables. Close the frying pan with a lid and stew for 10 minutes.
    Step 4
    Add salt and spices and continue stewing for 5 more minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for another 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
