Recipe Details:
Here is a recipe for a very tender and diabetic-friendly appetizer – turkey breast pâté. Baking vegetables together with meat in the oven, makes this dish juicy and aromatic. You can give the pâté a personal touch by adding your favorite herbs and spices, as well as zucchini to make the pâté even lighter and more tender.


Ingredients:
  • Turkey breast (cut into cubes) – 1 lb.
  • Carrot (cut into cubes) – 1
  • Onion (cut into cubes) – 1
  • Butter – 3.5 Oz
  • Bay leaf – 3
  • Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    Mix together onions, carrots and meat, add bay leaves, salt and pepper. Then put the mix in a baking sleeve.
    Step 2
    Preheat oven to 390 F. Put the baking sleeve in the oven and bake for 60 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and let it cool.
    Step 3
    Put the cooked mix of meat and vegetables in a blender, add butter and mix into a homogeneous mass. During the mixing process, add salt pepper and spices of your choice. Put the finished pate in the refrigerator to cool. Serve and enjoy!
