BS jumped up to 136 today, which is almost 50 points difference from two days
ago. I follow my diet, but I’m usually under a lot of stress, don’t sleep well
and I’m in more pain than usual lately. Can anyone tell me, if food isn’t the problem,
can stress be the reason for such a jump in sugar? Worrying about this jump
only makes things worse, I think.
