Recipe Details:
This is recipe for a very healthy, tasty, and full of vitamins smoothie. This diabetic-friendly drink is very quick and easy to make, which makes it great for breakfast or as a meal replacement.


Ingredients:
  • Spinach – 1 bunch
  • Cucumber (cut into pieces) – 1
  • Celery (cut into pieces) – 2 stalks
  • Pears (cut into pieces) – 1
  • Parsley (chopped) – 1 bunch
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
  • Honey – to taste
  • Water – to taste
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    Put the chopped cucumber, celery, and pears in a blender bowl and add spinach, parsley, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil.
    Step 2
    Grind everything until smooth, gradually adding water, adjusting the thickness of the drink to your preference. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
