It was refreshing to find Allison Basta. So pleased with her bedside manner. Listens and gives you honest direct answers. She gives attention to lab results and goes over each of them. Good or bad. I like her and her prompt reply in my chart. Got two for one. Her medical assistant is professional and puts you at ease. Thank you!

After having lost my primary doctor of many years (he moved). I was not looking forward to finding his replacement as he was truly a good, caring and thorough doctor. The kind I’ve had a hard time finding in this area However I had my first appointment with Ms Basta yesterday and I woke up this morning with messages in MyChart. She had already started the process of getting many tests that were long overdue ordered. I GREATLY appreciate the fact that she listened to me - she quickly became familiar with my medical issues and she didn’t hesitate to start ordering the much needed and again, long overdue tests. She listens and she’s thorough. A win/win… I’m so thankful I found her.
