An unprofessional joke - do not have your baby here. Lied about costs of plan. Pushy on something as small as the gestational diabetes test which you can literally eat jelly beans for instead of pay for their drink test which isnt necessary and some believe not to be the healthiest and has crappy things in it that make moms sick. So we decided to leave because if she was going to make us feel uncomfortable about our decision to not do something so small, then we were of course not going to go with this place and her on big things. We believe that they then, to get as much money out of us for leaving early, billed our insurance in the most sketchy way possible labeled as a generic 4-6 visits when we only did 5. It cost us 800 just to do five visits of essentially just talking check ups and one ultra sound. We assume they can get away with charging that way because they can split the birthing package any way they want into percentages if you leave early, even if the major things that actually cost the most like the actual birthing etc werent even performed. Tried to ask about weird way they were billing and no one could explain it to us. We talked to multiple people who said they didnt know why it was billed 4-6 visits and said that was odd. They also told us multiple times that we were all paid up because we paid up on our last appointment, but then we got a $450 bill in the mail. We were transferred to the billing department and even the lady who ran it said it was weird but said she was going on vacation and couldnt help us until she got back in two weeks. After weeks of dealing with the bill already we were told we had to wait another two weeks for her to look at the bill and tell us why it was billed so weird and generically and why we were being charged when the plan they had printed off for us at the beginning didnt match up on prices. Since literally everyone seemed to agree it was weird and because she kept being wishy washy about what we were told in the beginning about the price, it was clear that the prices were not set for when you left early and that they were trying to get as much as they could as a percentage of the entire package. When she did call us back she said it was accurate of course and we owed it with still no actual explanation as to why it was billed as a generic 4-6 visits. It was clear that she was not going to help us and that the clinic had passed us around to tire us out and then make us wait two weeks, then tell us the answer again in order to annoy us and give us the run around and make us feel like just paying it. Again, we barely had anything done. Even with an ultrasound, theres no way in hell paying for 5 doctor visits costs $800. It has been a nightmare, the way we were blown off by the billing lady to not take 5 min to look at why we were being improperly charged because she needed to leave for her vacation this place is an unprofessional joke.
