Dr. Concha Parra is very good. I am pleased to have him as my GI doctor. I just wish I could day the same for his staff. It is next to impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, if at all. Forget leaving a message requesting them to call you back. They never do. This has happened more than once. I have a patient portal I have had to use, and than it took 3 days before anyone got back to me. They need to start answering the darn phone, and return the calls they receive via messages. Not everyone has access to the damn portal. 5 stars for DT. Concha Parra. Zip, Nana for his staff.
