Recipe Details:This refreshing non-alcoholic and diabetic-friendly tropical cocktail will appeal to anyone who likes lemonades.
- Sugar-free banana syrup – 5 tbsp.
- Sugar-free pineapple syrup - 5 tbsp.
- Sparkling water – 1 cup
- Sweetener – equivalent of 1¼ tsp
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Ice cubes – 650 g
- Passionfruit – one half
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Fill a pitcher 2/3 full with ice cubes
Put sweetener in a shaker. Pour in coconut milk, pineapple and banana syrups, and sparkling water.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and beat and then strain into a pitcher.
Gently stir with a cocktail spoon, garnish with a half of passionfruit, serve and enjoy!
