- Slices of turkey leg – 2
- Garlic (cut into small pieces) – 2 cloves
- Thyme – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
- Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel.
Rub the meat with garlic and spices, then add vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Marinate for an hour.
Preheat oven to 360 F. Put the meat in a roasting sleeve and put the sleeve on a baking dish. Cook for 40 minutes, then cut the sleeve open and bake for 20 more minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
