Recipe Details:
Cauliflower pizza is a perfect diabetic-friendly alternative to traditional pizza. This pizza is very tender and delicious.


Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower (divided into inflorescences) – 1 lb.
  • Egg – 1
  • Low-sodium cheese (grated) – 2/3 cup
  • Ham (sliced) – 3.5 Oz
  • Medium tomato (thinly sliced) – 1
  • Tomato paste – 3 tbsp.
  • Scallions (finely chopped) – 3 feathers
  • Parsley (finely chopped) – 4 sprigs
  • Salt – to taste
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    Put the cauliflower in a blender and grind into gruel.
    Step 2
    Put the grinded cauliflower in a cloth towel and squeeze well from the excess liquid, then put the cauliflower in a bowl.
    Step 3
    Add an egg, half of the cheese, and salt to the cauliflower. Mix well.
    Step 4
    Cover a baking sheet with wax paper. Divide the cauliflower dough into three parts and for three pizzas right on the baking sheet.
    Step 5
    Mix the cheese with the scallions and parsley.
    Step 6
    Spread the tomato paste over the pizza crust and then put the sliced tomatoes and ham on it. Then evenly put the cheese mix on top.
    Step 7
    Preheat oven to 360 F. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes.
    Step 8
    When the pizza is ready, let it cool slightly, then serve and enjoy!
