Recipe Details:Chicken pancakes is a tender and delicious diabetic-friendly main course. And they are much juicier than traditional burger patties. Try and see for yourself!
- Chicken breast (cut into small pieces) – 1 lb.
- Egg – 2
- Sour cream – 4 tbsp.
- Almond flour – 1/3 cup
- Cheese (grated) – ½ cup
- Dill (chopped) – 1.5 tbsp.
- Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Combine eggs, sour cream, flour, dill, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Add the chicken meat, stir again and put in a fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, form pancakes using a spoon and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown (about 4 minutes per side).
Put a plate and server hot. Enjoy!
