- Mango (diced) – 1
- Avocado (diced) – 1
- Red bell pepper (diced) – 1
- Small red onion (finely chopped) – 1
- Cilantro (finely chopped) – ½ bunch
- Lime juice – 2 tbsp.
Recipe Directions:Step 1
In a salad bowl, combine mango, avocado, bell pepper, onion, and cilantro.
Squeeze 2 tbsp. of fresh lime juice on top of the bowl content. Mix everything well and serve. Enjoy!
