- Raspberry syrup – 4 tsp.
- Sparkling water – 200 ml
- Raspberry – ½ cup
- Mint – 1 sprig
- Lime – 1 wedge
- Crushed ice – 1.33 cup
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Place 10 raspberries and half a lime into the glass and muddle.
Fill the glass with crushed ice to the top and pour in raspberry syrup.
Top up with soda and carefully stir with a cocktail spoon, then add some crushed ice.
Garnish with raspberries, a sprig of mint, and a wedge of lime. Enjoy!
