- Tomatoes – 2 lb.
- Chicken eggs – 2
- Whole wheat bread – 7 Oz
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Olive oil – 3.5 tbsp.
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them, then peel the tomatoes.
Remove bread crust. Place the peeled tomatoes, bread pulp, garlic, and olive oil into a blender.
Blend the ingredients.
Hard-boil the eggs, peel them and cut into cubes.
Pour the tomato and bread mixture in a bowl, add the diced chicken eggs. Serve and enjoy!
