Recipe Details:
This diabetic-friendly dish will please everyone who you’ll be sharing it with. The marinade makes it especially delicious!


Ingredients:
  • Lean pork – 1.5 lb.
  • Small onions (chopped) – 2
  • Soy sauce – ½ cup
  • Garlic (minced) – 4 cloves
  • Sesame oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil – 6 tbsp.
  • Sweetener – equivalent of 2 tbsp. of sugar
  • Ground ginger – 2.5 tsp.
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp.
  • Bell pepper (optional) – 1
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    Cut the pork into small pieces. We recommend to take the neck part.
    Step 2
    Make the marinade: Combine soy sauce, sesame and vegetable oil, ginger, sugar, sesame seeds and minced garlic. Mix well.
    Step 3
    Place the meat in the marinade. Add the chopped onions and bell pepper cut in pieces if desires. Stir well, place a load on top, leave to marinate for 6 hours. After that, string the meat and onion on wooden skewers.
    Step 4
    Preheat oven to 360 F. Bake the kebab for 35 minutes or until is meat is cooked. During baking, pour the remaining marinade over the meat. When the kebab is ready, serve hot. Enjoy!
