- Tuna steak – 2
- Freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
- Salt – to taste
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Sprinkle the tuna steaks with the lemon juice and a few pinches of salt.
Spread the olive oil over the tuna steaks and marinate for half an hour. Turn the steaks over after 15 minutes.
Preheat a grill pan on high heat and grill the steaks for 3 minutes on each side.
Remove the ready steaks from the grill pan, place them on a plate and cover with a lid or foil for a few minutes before serving. Then serve and enjoy!
