Recipe Details:Pumpkin is a very healthy, diabetic-friendly vegetable. But when you add some spices to it, you get a very interesting gourmet dish!
- Pumpkin (cut in small cubes) – 1 lb.
- Garlic (finely chopped) – 2 cloves
- Cumin – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Sunflower or pumpkin seeds (optional) – 1 tbsp.
- Salt – to taste
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Put the pumpkin into the baking dish.
Add garlic, cumin, olive oil, seeds, and salt to the pumpkin. Mix everything well.
Preheat oven to 390 F. Put the baking dish into the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Take the baking dish out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
