Recipe Details:Tofu dishes are very popular around the world and it’s not surprising – they are tasty, healthy, and very diabetic-friendly. This dish is a very simple one that you can prepare in minutes.
- Firm tofu – 1 lb.
- Olive oil – 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce – 3.5 tbsp.
- Spices – to taste
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Prepare the sauce: Mix olive oil, soy sauce, and spices. Shake the mixture well.
Slice the tofu and place on a baking sheet.
Grease the tofu slices with the just made sauce on one side.
Preheat oven to 395 F. Bake the tofu for 20 minutes.
Remove the tofu from the oven, turn it over, grease the other side with the sauce.
Put the tofu back in the oven and bake for 15 more minutes, then take it out of the oven, serve and enjoy!
