Recipe Details:
This is a delicious and diabetic-friendly dessert look-alike main course dish that is a nice treat for the entire family to enjoy!


Ingredients:
  • Ham (cut into cubes) – ¾ lb.
  • Canned beans – 1 lb.
  • Almond flour – 1 cup
  • Cheese (cut into cubes) – ½ cup
  • Sour cream – 5 Oz
  • Eggs – 3
  • Parsley (chopped) – 4 sprigs
  • Baking soda – ¼ tsp.
Recipe Directions:
Step 1
For the dough, beat the eggs, add sour cream, then baking soda and flour. Mix well.
Step 2
Add the ham, beans, cheese, and parsley to the dough and mix well.
Step 3
Evenly place the ready meat cake mixture in a greased baking dish sprinkled with flour.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 355 F. Bake the meat cake for 50 minutes.
Step 5
Take the ready meat cake out of the oven. Let it cool slightly and then remove the meat cake from the baking dish. Serve and enjoy!
