Recipe Details:This is a delicious and diabetic-friendly dessert look-alike main course dish that is a nice treat for the entire family to enjoy!
- Ham (cut into cubes) – ¾ lb.
- Canned beans – 1 lb.
- Almond flour – 1 cup
- Cheese (cut into cubes) – ½ cup
- Sour cream – 5 Oz
- Eggs – 3
- Parsley (chopped) – 4 sprigs
- Baking soda – ¼ tsp.
Recipe Directions:Step 1
For the dough, beat the eggs, add sour cream, then baking soda and flour. Mix well.
Add the ham, beans, cheese, and parsley to the dough and mix well.
Evenly place the ready meat cake mixture in a greased baking dish sprinkled with flour.
Preheat oven to 355 F. Bake the meat cake for 50 minutes.
Take the ready meat cake out of the oven. Let it cool slightly and then remove the meat cake from the baking dish. Serve and enjoy!
