Recipe Details:
These diabetic-friendly cookies made with oat flour and fructose will be a tasty and healthy addition to your dessert menu.


Ingredients:
  • Oat flour – 1 cup
  • Butter or healthy butter substitute (cold) – 2.5 tbsps.
  • Fructose – 1 tbsp.
  • Water – 2 tbsp.
Recipe Directions:
Step 1
Mix oat flour with cold butter.
Step 2
Add fructose and mix well.
Step 3
Add a bit of water to make the dough more viscous but not liquid.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 355 F. Cover the baking sheet with wax paper. For cookies from the dough and place them on the wax paper.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes, then take the cookies out of the over and let them cool. Cookies are ready. Enjoy!
