- Whole wheat tortillas - 4
- Portobello mushrooms – 3
- Medium bell pepper (cut into slices) – 1
- Salsa (any one of your choice) – 5 tbsp.
- Refried beans – 5 tbsp.
- Guacamole – 5 tbsp.
- Avocado oil – 1 tsp
Recipe Directions:Step 1
Fry bell peppers and mushrooms. Heat avocado oil in a frying pan and then add the pepper and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat while stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
Warm up the refried beans in microwave for about half a minute.
Make fajitas by putting the peppers with mushrooms, refried beans, salsa, and guacamole on tortillas in any desired proportion. You can also serve the fried vegetables and other ingredients on a side to give your guests an option to make their own fajitas the way they want.
